Wow, what a trip! We're now back in Oslo after a crazy week in Kansas City in the US. The week contained new memories with a lot of wonderful people, huge buildings and a small amount of vegetables.
Luckily our great friends Northern Resonance from Sweden also attended and played at the conference, so when we felt a bit overwhelmed, they could relate. We played 3 concerts inside the hotell rooms of Nordic Folk Alliance lliance and Global Music Match math where we brought our tiny, tiny amps for the string players and a cajon for Henrik. This really was a new experience for us, and a lot of fun.
We played 1 concert at the top floor (20th floor) in the hotel were the conference took place. Now we can look back at a trip to the US with a huge amount of great concerts, talks and conversations, American diners, food markets, and the good old authentic McDonalds.
